Ostrog Monastery () is a monastery of the Serbian Orthodox Church located along a nearly vertical cliff, high on Mount Ostroška greda in Montenegro. It is dedicated to Saint Vasily of Ostrog. Ostrog Monastery consists of Upper and lower monastery.
Skadar Lake
Skadar Lake is the largest lake in Montenegro and the Balkan Peninsula, with an area of 369.7 km2 (of which 221.8 belongs to Montenegro and 147.9 km2 to Albania). Its length is 40 km from Vranjina to Shkodra, and its width is 14 km in some places. The depth from 4 to 6 meters, and the further you go to the western hill is even greater. It changes in size according to the seasons, receiving water from many rivers. The river Bojana flows into the Adriatic Sea.
Crno Jezero (Žabljak
Crno jezero () is a lake in Žabljak municipality, in northern Montenegro. It is a glacial lake, located on the mountain Durmitor, at an altitude of 1416 m. it is located 3 km from the town of Žabljak.
Black Lake lies at the foot of Međed peak and has an area of 0.515 km2. The Lake consists of two smaller lakes, Big Lake and Little Lake. These two lakes are connected by a narrow stream and thus form two separate bodies of water.
The large lake has an area of 0.338 km2, a maximum depth of 24.5 m, a maximum length of 855 m and a maximum width of 615 m. The small lake has an area of 0.177 km2, a maximum depth of 49.1 m, a maximum length of 605 m and a maximum width of about. The maximum length of the entire Black Lake is 1155 m. the small lake actually has a larger volume than the large one, due to its greater depth.
Biogradska gora
Biogradska gora National park was established in 1952. year. It is located in the area of northeastern Montenegro, between the Rivers Tara and Lima, in the central part of Bjelasica mountain. It covers an area of 5,650 hectares. The area was protected as early as 1878. years ago, when this area became a public domain.
Njegoš's Mausoleum-Lovćen
Njegoš's mausoleum is located in Lovćen National Park, on Lake peak (1,657 m), the second highest peak of Mount Lovćen. It is dedicated to Peter II Petrović Njegoš. It was built on the idea of Yugoslav and Croatian sculptor Ivan Meštrović. From Cetinje to the mausoleum leads an asphalt road in the length of 21 km. To the mausoleum leads a staircase with 461 steps, which passes through a tunnel cut into the Lovćen Massif.
